  5. This release of WinEdit supersedes WED12A.ZIP, relaesed via WinNet 
  6. in July of 1991.  This version fixes quite a few bugs and adds a new
  7. feature or two, such as word-wrap.

  11. WinEdit is an ASCII text editor designed to take full advantage
  12. of the Windows 3.0 graphical environment. WinEdit is first and
  13. foremost a programmer's editor, with features designed for
  14. creating and maintaining program source code.  With its ASCII
  15. file format, ability to edit files of almost unlimited size,
  16. and word processing features such as headers and footers,
  17. WinEdit also serves as an effective "front end" for
  18. desktop publishers and word processors including PageMaker,
  19. Word For Windows, and Ventura Publisher.
